Are you a change and business readiness professional looking to make a significant impact on a major enterprise transformation? We are seeking a Business Readiness Lead (Source to Pay) to join a high-profile Modern ERP Program. In this critical contract role, you will ensure that the procurement end-to-end value stream is fully prepared, aligned, and optimised for a seamless transition to SAP S/4HANA, directly contributing to digitising operations for a high-performing, future-ready organisation.
What You Will Do:
Evaluate existing Source-to-Pay (S2P) value stream processes, focusing on cross-functional end-to-end workflows, to identify and remediate readiness gaps for the SAP S/4HANA implementation.
Identify and collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the organisation to gather requirements, manage expectations, address concerns, and secure buy-in for upcoming changes.
Partner with the program's training function to design and deliver tailored training programs, ensuring all users across the S2P value stream are confident and proficient in the new system.
Coordinate business resources for testing activities, developing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios that focus on end-to-end and cross-functional processes to validate system functionality.
Promote data cleansing, enrichment, and transformation activities specific to the S2P area, and coordinate comprehensive support structures and "War Room" participation during the critical go-live phase.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
5+ years of experience in program/project management, procurement management, business readiness, or ERP implementations, with proven leadership or delivery management in the S2P space.
Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and management, with high Emotional Intelligence (EQ) to navigate complex environments, manage expectations, and drive consensus.
Formal qualifications, including a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Business, IT, or a discipline aligned with procurement.
Strong familiarity with testing methodologies (such as UAT and PVT), data quality management, and a robust understanding of change management principles to facilitate system adoption.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to bridge gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders and produce high-quality implementation documentation.
